The Walt Disney Company Specialist, Sales Service in China

This role is an operational position under Sales Services team and forms the backbone of sales operation. This position’s purpose is to provide of fulfillment, clerical, mainly Contracting and support to all sales channels that we manage, predominantly travel trade channel. Contact signing and system connecting with partners. Need to be equipped with knowledge on numerous fulfillment paths/procedures, promotional products, plus be able to operate various operational system that are critical to our business. This role also act as a “bridge” to centralize sales internal requests and to connect with external partners in one voice.

Responsibilities :

  • To provide sales operational support to each sales channels, including:

  • Entire “Contracting” process fulfillment.

  • Order fulfillment.

  • Support partners with service works.

  • Assist in handling emergency operations

  • Work with system support team to provide daily system support to partners

  • Work with internal departments to ensure the successful testing of new products in the sales channels.

  • Support for the trade partner contract signing and related technology issue

Basic Qualifications :

  • Knowledge on fundamental fulfillment paths/procedures: The holder of this position need to be familiar with for daily operation. Support channel partners to complete corresponding contracts and technical support work, and comply with relevant policies and guidelines.

  • Knowledge on sales products: Understand product attributes and sales policies

  • Knowledge Operational systems: the job holder has to have knowledge on multiple operational system, including property management system and reservation system, experience in reservation and operating system management is preferred

  • Soft Skill: This role is the operational contact point of many of our distribution partners and clients. He/she has to facilitate our business by providing support that is efficient, effective, and courteous. The accuracy aspect is especially important because any inaccurate information that they put into our system or convey to clients is likely to cause guest problem, dispute from clients, and /or financial impact to the company. In the meantime, effective communication skills are needed, communication and coordination among internal departments of the company to ensure smooth operation of partners.

  • Job Requirements and Qualifications: Minimum Education: Bachelor degree. Minimum Experience: 2 year.
