The Walt Disney Company Retail Manager – Disney Consumer Products, SEA in Singapore, Singapore
Disney is seeking an experienced Retail Manager who will work with the Retail Director and DCP SEA team for the creation and management of integrated retail sales campaigns, focused on key retail partnerships, and expanding the presence of Disney branded retail environments across the region. “Be part of the story”.
Work towards the retail business vision and aiding in the development of the Disney retail presence program that meets or exceeds revenue targets, growth objectives and other brand initiatives.
Service regional and local key retail accounts that meet country objectives and support global initiatives.
Partner with the Retail Director and licensing organization to channelize appropriate business models for effective product distribution (traditional licensing vs. DTR vs. preferred vendor).
Support the e-Commerce strategy for the SEA region.
Manage relationships with local market teams and work with them to identify new partners and channels to continually strengthen TWDC retail footprint.
Working with local creative teams, generate and adapt creative concepts and presentations to ensure delivery of compelling product offers to our retail partners.
Execute key retail account campaigns
Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, competitors, business opportunities and dynamics.
Build strong relationships with other key business units, global/regional partners and local offices.
Basic Qualifications :

A strong leader with proven sales capabilities, who understands the complexity of the SEA markets and has an ability to build strong relationships with our clients and partners.
A Creative thinker with the ability to see the big picture whilst recognising and valuing detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills and able to collaborate and influence across levels
Strong commercial acumen and operational excellence
Preferred Qualifications :
Proven track record in key account management with 6+ years of experience in retail and consumer products industry.
University graduate in Business Administration or Marketing from a reputable university.
Knowledge of the retail landscape in SEA. e-Commerce experience would be a plus.
