Responsibilities : Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Sales and Guest Service
Ensure that all guests transactions are handled in a fast, friendly and efficient manner.
Provide a consistently high level of Guest Service at all times and dealing with Guest queries and resolving problems when needed.
Ambassador of the Disney brand and meet all company standards.
Promote and emphasize all current sales promotions to guests and report to upper management feedback about their success and opportunities.
Show an awareness of Sales, Targets and Promotions.
Attend Management Meetings.
Implementation and upkeep of Merchandising Visual & Inventory Standards.
Ensure all kiosk locations are Clean, Dusted & Tidy at all times.
Assist in Visual Displays.
Communicate Merchandise Ideas, Concerns and Feedback to Assistant Manager, Retail Manager and Senior Retail Manager.
Deputize for the Manager in their absence, ensuring consistency in management and daily business operations.
Maintain the store’s ERPLY POS system.
Report daily sales, promotions and any other pertaining information in the absence of Management.
Work with Manager to ensure Inventory Procedures are followed.
Receive and Put Away deliveries from the warehouse
Work with sales staff to accurately account for all inventory.
Assist in Management, Organization and Maintenance of Stock Rooms, Cabinets, Offices and Locations
Following Cash Management & Loss Prevention policies & procedures at all times.
Uphold & Conform to Company Standards at all times, providing a positive example to others.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 40lbs a box on a consistent basis.
All duties that that may be required in the absence of Retail Management Team.
All other duties necessary or assigned by the Retail Management Team.
Maintain good relations NYC Retail management team, Director of Retail Sales & Ops, Vice President of Merchandise and New York Office.
Maintain your weekly schedule of 35-40 hours a week.
Lead new sales associates through on-board training for all parts of the role on and off the sales floor.
Consistently coach sales associates on their performance on and off the sales floor.
Assist in sales associates motivation and discipline on a performance basis.
Assist in quarterly and annual performance reviews of sales associates.
Uphold & Conform to Company Standards at all times.
Assist in our Rewards and Recognition Program Get Magical.
Basic Qualifications :
All applicants must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays. Candidates should be detail oriented team players with superior communication, organization and conflict resolution skills. Theater and entertainment experience/interest is desired but not necessary.
