The Manager, Customer Service will need to be available to work irregular hours including holidays, nights, and weekends. We are looking for 2 Managers to join the NY team.

Digital download support
Provide coaching opportunities
Social media monitoring
Statistical Analysis and Reporting
Training (Train the Trainer)
Basic Qualifications :
3-5 years Customer Service Experience
2-3 years Management Experience
Vendor Management Experience
Impeccable communication and organization
Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
Perform beyond expectations in a fast paced and changing environment
Ability to motivate both individuals and teams to achieve results
Available to work irregular hours including holidays, nights, and weekends
Ability to create strong relationships at multiple levels, internally and externally
Subscription Product Experience preferred
Required Education :
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
