BAMTECH designs, develops, and delivers direct-to-consumer streaming services for a growing roster of sports, news, and entertainment partners including the NHL, MLB, PGA TOUR, WWE Network, and Riot Games/League of Legends.

The Manager, Customer Service will need to be available to work irregular hours including holidays, nights, and weekends. We are looking for 2 Managers to join the NY team.

Responsibilities :

  • Auditing

  • Billing research

  • Customer service support

  • Digital download support

  • Email support

  • Mobile support

  • Product support

  • Provide coaching opportunities

  • Social media monitoring

  • Statistical Analysis and Reporting

  • Technical support

  • Training (Train the Trainer)

Basic Qualifications :

  • 3-5 years Customer Service Experience

  • 2-3 years Management Experience

  • Vendor Management Experience

  • Impeccable communication and organization

  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills

  • Perform beyond expectations in a fast paced and changing environment

  • Ability to motivate both individuals and teams to achieve results

  • Available to work irregular hours including holidays, nights, and weekends

  • Ability to create strong relationships at multiple levels, internally and externally

  • Subscription Product Experience preferred

Required Education :

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
