The Walt Disney Company International Labor Standards Analyst in Mexico City, Mexico

The Walt Disney Company’s International Labor Standards Program seeks to foster safe, inclusive, and respectful workplaces wherever Disney-branded products are produced.

The ILS Analyst Mexico reports to the ILS Manager Mexico and is responsible for communicating ILS program requirements to internal business units, addressing ILS related concerns raised by business unit contacts and licensees/vendors, delivering and explaining ILS communication related audit findings, supporting development and implementation of reporting, maintaining accurate factory and licensee/vendor information in the ILS database, and other projects as required.

Responsibilities : Act as a liaison between the business unit and International Labor Standards (ILS) on ILS matters.

Support delivery of and (when needed) explanation of ILS related communication to business units, licensees and vendors.

Work with line management to coordinate communication and education of International Labor Standards (ILS) program requirements and processes.

Build, Develop and maintain strategic relationships with internal stakeholders.

Ensure that licensees and vendors submit Facility and Merchandise Authorization Forms (FAMAs) and required documentation per contact.

Drive factory data consistency within country responsibility and maintain dynamic factory base directory.

Ensure that ILS documentation is accurate and processed and tracked in a timely manner.

Process, oversee and communicate audit results, and corrective actions in facilities where Disney products are made.

Conduct trend analysis; develop periodical status reports and indicators.

Support Manager in the preparation of material for presentations to internal and external audiences.

Assist management with special projects.

Basic Qualifications :

Technically proficient with Microsoft Office programs and computer systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both local language and English language.

Experience reviewing or following work processes.

Good relationship management and interpersonal skills.

Good analytical and problem solving skills.

Program or Process Management Experience.

Ability to work with moderate supervision for special projects in successfully with large complex organizations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both local language and English language.

Ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, striving for high standards of excellence.

Team player, responsible, organized, hardworking, self-motivated and reliable.

Required Education :

Bachelor's degree in Business, International Affairs, International Business, Legal, Human Rights, Communications, Supply Chain Management or related fields from an accredited college or university.
