Responsible for the management of the design, planning, acquisition, construction and maintenance of equipment, machinery, vehicles, building, offices and other facilities.

Planning and administration of projects including budgets, accesses, modifications of the installation, estimates of resources, equipment, labor materials and other related costs.

Responsibilities : Supervises the coordination of the allocation and disposition of office space, building regulations, lighting, smoke detectors, general services, and the extension or renovation required by the operation. Supervises the cleaning and maintenance of the facilities.

Control and administration of inventories, as well as requirements for technical and administrative support. Manage and pay for office services.

It manages the reception function of the office, internal bags, courier and parcel service, as well as meeting rooms, warehouses and printers. Manages car fleet, insurance, verification, holding, IAVE, maintenance and parking.

Partnership with the security area (DRP, civil protection, security and access).

Development of maintenance programs, progress of facilities, furniture, as well as preventive maintenance of facilities equipment.

Develop and administer cost estimates, annual budget. Control of suppliers and contracts.

Creation of policies, manuals and guides.

Basic Qualifications :

Proficient in Office tools.

80% English written and spoken.

Required Education :

Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration or Technical Degree.
