Provide various secretarial and sales administrative support to sales team as well as manage the day-to-day office operations including but not limited to handling of travel & expenses documents and office expenses, point of sales materials delivery, preparing sales contract and reports consolidation etc.
Manage all office needs including coordinating conferences/meetings; manage calendars and business trips for the team and organizing all aspects of newly hired Cast Member on-boarding
Monitor the team’s monthly accounting & accruals and handle the payment of invoices and bills to ensure all are compliant with the company’s set guidelines
Assist the team to organize trade events and work closely with other internal partners; update sales contacts and related data into system
Manage and maintain accurate Cast Member records, such as holiday and medical leave. Communicate with HR and update Cast Members with the latest company’s guidelines and policies
Support ad hoc projects when necessary
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor degree holder with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work on different tasks simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
Fluent in both English and Chinese
