The Walt Disney Company Telecom Customer Services Support in Lake Buena Vista, Florida

The Telecom Customer Svcs Support will provide financial and administrative support for the Mobility Services team. The individual will be responsible for responding to, auditing and processing billing inquiries and monthly charges. The Telecom Customer Svcs Support will also develop monthly usage and summary reports, as well as analyze and identify trends.

Responsibilities :

  • Establish and maintain reporting tools to track monthly/annual trends and usage patterns

  • Provide detailed reports around cost/usage/trends

  • Conduct monthly billing reviews and audits to identify potential savings as well as optimum rate plan matrix for flat rate vs unlimited users

  • Respond to requests and billing inquiries on behalf of end users

  • Interact with vendors and support teams to identify and resolve issues

  • Assist with projects related to upgrades, device decommissioning, and process efficiencies

  • Assist with establishing processes, developing and updating training documentation for existing and future growth

Basic Qualifications :

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience with TEM (Telecom Expense Management)

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience with cellular networks and devices

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills

  • Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills

  • Excellent communicator is both oral and written settings

  • Knowledge of AT&T Premier and Verizon VEC

  • Flexible, “special-projects” orientation coupled with solid multi-tasking abilities

Required Education :

A high school diploma, appropriate certifications, or equivalent work experience
