The SFA role will provide strategic and analytical support for the Corporate Alliance business. Develop Forecasts, AOP, and Five Year Plan. Create and deliver presentations on complex initiatives that drive incremental value to the organization. The individual in this role will have the opportunity to develop broad partnerships across multiple segments and interact extensively with executive level leaders.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop strategic and financial analyses to evaluate on-going and new business initiatives and assist partners with deal valuation

  • Provide day-to-day financial support and analysis for the Corporate Alliance business. Develop business unit Forecasts, Annual Operating Plan, and Five Year Plan

  • Create and deliver presentations to communicate findings from analyses

  • Participate in or manage multi-disciplinary project teams

Basic Qualifications :

  • Minimum two or more years finance and/or business development experience

  • Proven leadership experience

  • Demonstrated business savvy with a strong understanding of the external market, economic, and competitive forces

  • Strong knowledge of financial software (Excel, PowerPoint, SAP)

  • Financial modeling and profitability/cost analysis experience

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to influence partners and key business decisions

  • Ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities and perform job responsibilities accurately while working in a fast-paced and vibrant environment

  • Demonstrated problem solving and organization skills

Preferred Qualifications :

  • 5 years experience in Finance

  • MBA, CPA or equivalent

Required Education :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Accounting

Preferred Education :

  • MBA, CPA or equivalent
