As a self-starter that is excited about information security, here is an opportunity for you to join our talented Enterprise Business Systems (EBS) team to provide services and solutions to help protect the Disney brand as a key role in coordinating and managing security and compliance initiatives for EBS. You will have an opportunity to work closely with Disney Global Information Security, Corporate Legal, Management Audit, and Corporate Compliance as well as network with other security specialists throughout Disney. Our group is also responsible for the administration and coordination of security activities to ensure compliance with TWDC Information Security Policies and Standards (ISPS).
This candidate is someone who is curious about the functions of security and compliance and is willing to expand their knowledge through training and be open to taking on new challenges.
Responsibilities : In playing a key role in protecting the Disney brand, you will work closely with EBS Business partners and Global Information Security (GIS). Your responsibilities will include the following:
Build and foster strong relationships and collaborate closely with peers and partner groups within Corporate and GIS
Engage with EBS partners to perform and manage information security assessments to ensure compliance with TWDC security policies and standards.
Manage the gathering of documented evidence from EBS partners to meet regulatory and compliance requirements (SOX, Payment Card Industry, Global Data Protection Regulation)
Coordinate with GIS and EBS annual penetration testing of business critical applications and coordinate with applications owners on the resolution of discovered security violations
Coordinate the communication, testing, and implementation of ongoing security patches on EBS servers, infrastructure, and workstations
Manage the quarterly user ID reviews of privilege and user accounts on EBS applications and infrastructures
Ensure asset information of EBS applications and infrastructure is complete and current
Provide support and guidance in managing security requirements on various EBS projects to ensure compliance with security policies and standards
Basic Qualifications :
Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in IT security and compliance or closely related field.
Knowledge of current regulatory and industry compliance requirements (SOX, PCI, GDPR, etc.) or someone capable of learning these requirements in a short period of time.
Good verbal and written communication skills
Excellent planning and organizing skills, capable of managing multiple tasks, excellent time management with respect to priorities and self-management
Ability to take ownership of multiple tasks and see them through to completion
Work effectively in a team environment, and with remote team members or stakeholders
Familiar in the use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, Visio and Project.
Preferred Qualifications :
Disney IT operations or service delivery experience
Knowledge/experience in documenting business processes
Ability to quickly learn new concepts, solve problems, and implement solutions
Embraces teamwork; shares ideas / methods to improve performance
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent cross-functional team and relationship building skills
Ability to interact effectively at all levels of management
Preferred certification: CISA, CISM, or equivalent
Required Education :
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience. Bachelor's degree in a work-related field/discipline from an accredited college or university.
Preferred Education :
- BA/BS in Computer Science, IT Operations or equivalent work experience with an emphasis on Business Processes and IT Security
