The Walt Disney Company Event Solutions Production Coordinator (Part Time) in Celebration, Florida
The Part Time Production Coordinator position supports an Event Solutions Manager by helping to fulfill logistical needs for projects/productions via administrative support of travel and on site logistics. An ability to work in a fast paced/high volume capacity while demonstrating independent thinking and possessing the professional ability to interface with all levels of internal Cast and external partners to support a positive team environment is essential.
Position will be a set hourly schedule with the need for some flexibility during peak times and vacation coverage.
Support the development and delivery of production travel logistics both large and small while collaborating with the overall Event Solutions Manager.
Proactively reviews all project team timelines, milestones and deliverables ensuring that the overall production fulfillment objectives are met.
Take lead on Guest Group Management including the booking of all air, ground transportation, rental cars, resort rooms while providing confirmations, arrival/departure manifests, production itineraries and Welcome Packets (as needed). This can also include Cast support needs for Productions.
Work with Production Managers to ensure all broadcast hospitality needs are met such as gear rooms, production suites, and all other elements of production site visits.
Support the planning and logistics of production audience needs for larger scale productions which could entail park tickets, parking passes, show credentials and on site facilitation/hospitality.
Responsible for all areas of asset media checking in and out, distribution, reconciliation and returns.
Maintain positive attitude through all planning and executional phases of related work streams including effective problem solving and multiple last minute needs/requests.
Supporting additional team members with contest, partner, and event fulfillment as needed.
Basic Qualifications :
Ability to provide high quality Guest and internal partner interaction by delivering a positive experience using Disney standards of quality and the Journey Approach.
Ability to interface and develop effective relationships with all levels of Cast and Guests (entry position to executive level).
Strong organization skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Capacity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects with varying priorities, deadlines and last minute changes.
Proven ability to work within a structured environment.
Strong computer proficiency including: Microsoft Office &/or Mac [i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint].
Disney Systems experience a plus (My Disney Experience, Dreams, Concur, Travel Box, Events With Disney).
Preferred Qualifications :
- Part Time scheduling availability needed for mid-week days
