In the Enterprise Business Systems (EBS) organization, our mission is to provide business technology solutions for the enterprise that empower growth, and enhance value across brands, geographies and organizations.
This role will support the EBS IT Business Operations department in the areas of portfolio management, project budgeting, and coordination of various organization priorities.
Participate in strategic planning processes
Document department’s technology roadmaps
Participate in solution architecture reviews
Act as Project Coordinator or Business Analyst on technology projects
Basic Qualifications :
Strong data analysis background
Strong communication skills
Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments
Highly skilled with Microsoft Office 365 including PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Teams, Power BI
Strong interest in business technology and project management
Curious and flexible
Preferred Qualifications :
Degree or study in Information Technology or Computer Science
Project or Product Management skills
Required Education :
Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and taking at least one class, or be a recent graduate of an accredited college or university within the last six (6) months at time of application, or be currently participating in the Disney College Program, Disney Culinary Program or Disney Professional Internship Program
Degree or study in Computer Science or Information Technology
Preferred Education :
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Masters-level degree, or MBA.
Additional Information :
The approximate dates of this internship are January 2019 through June 2019
Candidate must be available to work full time hours (approximately 28-40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship
Able to provide own housing and transportation in the Burbank area
Must not have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program
Must possess unrestricted work authorization
Must be at least 18 years of age
