Execute and track marketing plans across assigned circuits including:
Promote films in theatre by coordinating customized signage, costume displays and strategizing closely with Exhibition, Impact and Vision to deliver prominent positioning of marketing materials
Engage and collaborate with exhibitors to execute various programs including Policy Trailer, Opening Weekend events, Loyalty Program outreach and Gift Card opportunities
Determine schedule, placement and budget for outdoor and billboards for assigned territory/circuits (signage)
Handle Legal agreements with exhibitors
Meet regularly with local circuit contacts & visit management at key theatres
Travel to markets for theatre site visits to strengthen relationships, share information, understand goals and collaborate on local marketing opportunities
Work with Impact and home office team to maintain theatre information (open/close, circuit owners updates, standee policies), create distribution lists, and monitor trailer placement in the LA office.
Work with Marketing Operations Manager and Vision to coordinate processing and shipment of marketing materials and giveaways.
Approve and place materials requests from theatres and Vision and for any research/trade screenings and conferences.
Create and allocate premiums for exhibitors, circuit planning and format partners.
Work with team to manage exhibitor communications including e-newsletters, email blasts and website updates.
Request content and build presentations for exhibitor meetings and conferences.
Process invoices at direction of Marketing Operations Manager
Basic Qualifications :
College Degree or 3 years experience in similar role
Computer: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Keynote
Excellent communication skills, must be comfortable dealing with all levels of management, internally and externally
Outstanding organizational skills/ability to multi-task
Strong presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications :
- Entertainment industry experience preferred.
