This role is responsible for investigating internal fraud and Cast Privilege abuse at the Disneyland Resort, across all lines of business including but not limited to: merchandise, food & beverage, rooms, ticketing, and employee privileges. Specific investigative tasks will vary but may include: reviewing exception reporting to identify potential fraud trends, conducting in-depth point-of-sale research, reviewing camera surveillance, performing integrity shops and observations, interviewing employees, representing the Company at grievances and unemployment hearings, and partnering with law enforcement as needed.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead internal fraud and/or Cast Privilege investigations from start to finish including fraud trend analysis, review of exception reporting, camera review, integrity shops, observations and interviews.

  • Assist Finance Manager and/or Senior Financial Analyst on special projects and overall strategy of the Investigations Team

Basic Qualifications :

  • 3-5 years experience in related field (Investigations, Loss Prevention, Fraud Detection, Security, etc)

  • Willingness to conduct admission-seeking interviews

  • Manage conflict/resolution

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Demonstrate ability to handle confidential information

  • Proven ability to effectively meet deadlines, and address last minute requests in an efficient manner

  • Ability to maintain strong client partnerships

  • Demonstrate leadership qualities

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Proven written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to learn new systems quickly

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Prior experience conducting investigations, loss prevention work, internal control audits, or related experience

  • Knowledge and understanding of Disney policies and procedures

  • Wicklander-Zulawski interview training

  • Experience in one or more of the following Disney systems: SAP, MATRA, ATS, Galaxy, LILO

Required Education :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Preferred Education :

  • CFI, CFE
