The Walt Disney Company Creative Operations Manager in China

To effectively and efficiently manage creative info, resources, assets, budget, style guide development process, product development processes to help streamline and support creative needs across business units for the Greater China Markets (China, Taiwan, Hong Kong) in support of Central Creative’s foundation as a creative hub in Asia to communicate not just within Asia but also with international creative teams.­­

Responsibilities :

  • Create, develop, manage, track and monitor creative development process, calendar and reporting system that provides more information and analysis with in regards to efficiency and productivity.

  • Develop and maintain Creative Calendar that maps out and plans out Central Creative work support for the entire year from trend research, asset review, style guide creation & release dates, to Sales Meeting

  • Manage local design program creation and development including budgeting, internal resources & creative talent agency management, building and updating a database year-round.

  • Work closely with Creative Director, Central Creative and all creatives across businesses to be in full alignment with Creative goals / initiatives and optimize all creative resource and assets sharing.

Experience:

  • Highly versatile and strong in both project management and account management skills

  • Ability of multi-task handling, Logical thinking and very organized

  • Open personality, people person with a positive and can-do attitude

  • High sense of responsibility and integrity / high value of work ethic and diligence

  • Willing to improve and challenge status quo

Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of the creative process

  • Presentation Skills in PowerPoint or Keynote

  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator a plus

  • University or Master graduate in Business Administration;

  • Design – related field (Graphic / Agency background)
