The Walt Disney Company Sr Manager, Program Management (Infrastructure, DevOps, Cloud) in Seattle, Washington
This position will be part of the Enterprise Strategic Programs (ESP) Program Management Office, and is responsible for enabling the project, program and business analysis activities of a portfolio of business and technology initiatives for an assigned business area. They will ensure designated projects and programs are successfully executed, working strategically with the business unit and ESP PMO team to implement best practices and standards. At times, they will also do hands on project management, driving delivery of strategic projects and programs that would benefit from their leadership, experience and technical expertise. They will act as a coach to the Program Managers and Business Analysts. They will be responsible for continuous improvement activities around program delivery for their assigned business area, raising the maturity and capabilities of the program delivery discipline. They will utilize varied techniques in conjunction with exceptional communication skills to keep projects in scope, on budget and delivered on time. They will directly manage and provide oversight to the PM team they are responsible for on all aspects of new implementations, continuous-improvement initiatives and internal projects that are formally initiated. They are the main point of contact to the ESP PMO for the business executives within their assigned organizational area and also act as a conduit for sourcing qualified external PM/BA talent in a timely fashion.

building strong relationships across their immediate organization, their designated area of focus and Enterprise Technology as a whole.
Basic Qualifications :
8-10 years of experience overall, including:
2+ years in a supervisory, executive-facing role
8+ years in technology
The candidate must have proven experience in working in a matrix environment and managing multiple stakeholders, as well as possess leadership presence/gravitas
Relevant project/program management work experience across multiple technology areas and services preferably to include very strong in the Devops space, Systems Engineering experience, Infrastructure and Cloud as required, consulting experience beneficial and business relationship management
Proven experience in hands-on Program Management successfully driving delivery of complex technical projects.
