The Walt Disney Company Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition in Mumbai, India
Disney India is looking to hire a dynamic and passionate Talent Acquisition Manager who will be responsible for managing the end to end recruitment and selection process and build Disney’s Employer Brand. You would be accountable for:
End to end management of the recruitment cycle for multiple lines of business
Stakeholder Management – hiring managers, heads of businesses, recruitment partners
Hiring Manager Capability Building
You must be able to live & share the magic of brand Disney
Responsible for the end to end recruitment and selection as per the recruiting strategy and business plans of the organization
Work closely with business partners and hiring managers to understand the specific needs of the business
Source, interview and identify high quality candidates with a focus on internal talent movements, social recruiting and direct sourcing by mapping the market.
Ensure effective offer fitments and negotiate closures in partnership with the HR Business Partners and hiring managers
Effectively follow and adhere to the standardized process flows, forms, approvals and communications for all recruitment activities
Build a strong direct souring matrix including but not dependant on recruiting agencies
Facilitate effective passive and active long term talent pipelining through sourcing strategies, interactive marketing plans, and networking opportunities
Act a strategic partner to the HR business partners and hiring managers to add value, advise and support the execution of the recruiting philosophy and hiring plans across businesses.
Build effective relationships with business stakeholders and partners, requiring strong proactive communication, the ability to manage disagreements appropriately, and a strong service orientation.
Build the employer brand through externally communicating the value and benefits of working with Disney India
Lead, implement and drive the campus recruitment philosophy of Disney India and strategically partner with identified campuses. Run the campus program, ensuring the interns have a magical internship experience.
Build hiring manager capability across the organization to ensure positive candidate experiences
Independently manage projects in the realm of Talent Acquisition
Share industry best practices and keep up to date on global trends and practices
Basic Qualifications :
Overall 6+ years of experience working in a dynamic high performing environment, with strong emphasis on recruiting competitive and high quality talent
Extensive experience of recruiting for Senior Leadership and Mid- level mandates
Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Human Resources from a reputed Institute
2 – 3 years of HR Generalist experience preferred
Experience of working on an applicant tracking tool (Kenexa, Taleo, etc.) would be preferred
