Responsibilities :

  • Development of Marketing communication, i.e. email / sms, with support of in-house online team, agency and Business Technology support

  • Manage and develop Customer Relationship Management (CRM) campaigns, provide timely evaluation for learning and planning purposes

  • Work closely with Consumer Database team to understand the business dynamics, and assist on CRM planning with a clear understanding of business objective

  • Assist to develop an Annual CRM plan to schedule and guide CRM activities but not limit to online, Direct Mail, and traditional media

  • Work with a cross-functional team to recommend on Business Rules / contact Policy

Basic Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Management or Marketing

  • At least 3 years CRM experience, preferably gained from MNCs, with solid experience in customer related analytic projects and marketing campaign implementation

  • Experience in Airline CRM, Credit Card or Telecommunication will be an added advantage

  • Strong analytical and quick problem solving skills

  • Excellent organization, interpersonal and communication skills

  • Detail-minded and able to work across a diverse array of internal teams

  • Fluent in written & spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
