The Walt Disney Company Branded Content Operations Manager in Glendale, California

The Branded Content Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the Strategic Partnership Planning Manager with the execution of first-party (internal TWDC) content marketing campaigns for the DCPI Co/Op Team. This person will oversee the execution of these campaigns and serve as the primary point of contact for TWDC partners, Content & Studios, Audience Development, Talent, and Marketing teams throughout that phase of the campaign. The ideal candidate has a passion for digital brand management and connecting with audiences through high-quality content marketing campaigns.

Candidate should be a creative, detail-oriented thought leader who actively stays ahead of industry trends in order to contribute to the success of TWDC in all environments. Should be a collaborative team player who is curious about all areas of the business. This person will be tasked with understanding the DCPI content and audience landscape, what makes certain content or brand activations successful, and pair them with campaign objectives from a wide variety of internal clients. Reports to the Strategic Partnership Planning Manager

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee execution of all first party Co/Op campaigns

  • Partner with multiple teams within the Disney Digital Network to ensure that partner objectives and campaign deliverables are being met in a timely and efficient manner

  • Serve as primary point of contact with internal TWDC partners for campaign project management and execution

  • Troubleshoot deliverables in execution as needed

  • Partner with audience development team to develop performance benchmarks

  • Create campaign wrap-up reports and distribute to relevant stakeholders

  • Provide operations support for broader Co/Op team as needed

Basic Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in digital marketing or content creation

  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to align creative strategy with overall business objectives

  • Strong relationship management skills

  • Knowledge of Disney, Pixar, Marvel & Lucas brands and franchises

  • Passion for digital trends and culture

  • Ability to take direction from partners and effectively work through creative challenges

  • Advanced understanding of social platforms and tools

  • Strong problem solving, analytical, and presentation skills

  • Demonstrated ability to champion projects from concept to completion

  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

Required Education :

BA or BS required, preferably with a background in Marketing, Communications, or other related
