The Creative Designer – Talent Acquisition Marketing will be responsible for designing and executing on creative strategies to attract the future talent of The Walt Disney Company.
As a Part-Time/Seasonal Creative Designer, you will work to deliver on creative best practices throughout all marketing and branding campaigns. You will work in partnership with a creative team to design concepts within the digital, social and print mediums, as well as work with project teams throughout Talent Acquisition Marketing to execute on creative strategies that fall in alignment with recruitment objectives while maintaining the individual employment brand.
Collaborating with project teams in order to execute on the strategic creative vision in alignment with recruitment objectives and employment brand.
Handling graphic design & enhancements within the print, interactive and social spaces.
Managing basecase creative production
Working closely with internal and external partners /vendors to conceptualize and develop innovative creative ideas to deliver on the overall message and call to action.
Brainstorming with internal partners to develop innovative creative ideas to deliver on the overall message
Maintaining and organizing asset library for future reference.
You must be proficient with Macintosh software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign and work on a MAC operating system. Experience with designing for the Disney brand and adhering to brand standards and guidelines is essential.
Basic Qualifications :
3+ years of relevant experience designing in a marketing, advertising, or digital environment.
Proven working knowledge of the creative and manufacturing processes for printed collateral, along with knowledge and limitations of paper product
Demonstrated strong organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects in an efficient manner to meet all deadline
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to proactively create and follow through on new ideas
Superior organizational and process management skills as demonstrated by an ability to manage multiple detailed projects and drive towards deadlines
Knowledge of social platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google+ and YouTube.
Exceptional ability to foster a client service focused environment
Ability to work in a deadline driven environment
Preferred Qualifications :
Basic video collection and editing for social
Required Education :
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Arts, Digital Media, Communications or related field
