The Brand Digital Management & Operations team builds out brand, franchise, and consumer-centric media and digital strategies for use across the enterprise and by individual business units. The team functions as domain experts across a wide variety of marketing topics, acting as a resource to their Brand and Franchise peers and a liaison to marketing groups across the enterprise.

Responsibilities:

  • Play a key role in the group, collaborating with the VP and helping guide and execute efforts across all major work streams.

  • Function as a digital domain expert. This includes opinions on paid media, activation, biddable environments, performance marketing, analytics, brand safety, adtech/martech, and data.

  • Work with the VP on project management, cross-team communication, and cross-enterprise collaboration. Specifically…

  • Act as a partner and key collaborator with other members of the Brand team, with a focus on marketing, brand safety, and data.

  • Work with legal and privacy teams to provide digital domain expertise.

  • Consult on a variety of digitally oriented projects which could include enterprise data strategy and SEO and website content coordination.

  • Act as a subject matter expert for planning and activating paid media. This includes developing an integrated view of consumer outreach (paid, owned, earned), audience sizing, budget planning, and functioning as a liaison to internal media teams and external media agencies.

  • Help modernize Brand team’s marketing infrastructure. Stay on top of industry trends and consumer behaviors to inform how Brand team can incorporate new tech, tools, partners, and processes into their efforts.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of digital strategy, media strategy experience.

  • Deep understanding of the major aspects of digital advertising: SEO & SEM, social, programmatic, data & identity, media & advanced analytics, adtech & martech

  • Entertainment experience preferred (streaming, theatrical, TV, and theme parks).

  • History of collaborating with creative teams and ad agencies preferred.

  • Experience managing and organizing projects requiring collaboration and consensus-building across multiple internal stakeholders.

  • Strong verbal presenter and skilled written communicator.

  • Can work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and positive attitude and a desire to get things done.

  • Proficient in Microsoft, Apple, Google and other modern collaboration tools

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

The hiring range for this position in California is $148,000 to $182,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
