The purpose of EFS Learning and Development is to provide administrative and marketing support to advance EFS learning and development efforts.
Provide analytical, design, administrative and marketing support for EFS learning and development initiatives to enhance the learning and career development experience for EFS employees by supporting the execution of the annual EFS learning strategy in partnership with HR Corporate Learning.
Responsibilities : Provide D Learn analytics, administrative and design support to EFS organization
Collaborate and consult with EFS subject matter experts to develop and design new curriculum
Track L&D activities through D Learn
Update D Learn items with additions and deletions for current year learning strategy and technical training offerings
Maintain EFS L&D Curriculum with D Learn
Create and maintain EFS Technical Training and Development library and calendar
Develop and execute marketing and communication plan
Manage and maintain current EFS learning vendors for CPE courses through Big 4 training catalogs
Provide consistent and frequent communication to support EFS learning and development strategy initiatives
Develop and maintain facilitation pool for technical training offerings
Support logistics (rooms, calendars, facilitators and materials) for EFS learning offerings
Design, develop, coordinate and implement an evaluation process to measure effectiveness of EFS learning and development initiatives and programs
Analyze and report evaluation results to EFS Senior Leadership
Consult with key stakeholders to identify enhancements to initiatives and programs
Administer and maintain the EFS Mentor Program:
- Manage the FY cycle Mentor Program activities including: program evaluations, designing mentor program activities to generate interest and to support mentor program participants, communications, responding to inquiries and problems sent to Mentor Program e-mailbox, monitoring enrollments and matching during this period through mentor program reporting, coordinating kickoff of new FY cycle of mentor program.
Manage and maintain learning items for the Career Development Guide website and Development Toolkit
Consult and report out to EFS senior leadership team
Populate D Learn with new, relevant material and content
Update D Learn links and learning items (additions and deletions, as required) within the CDG
Assist EFS Leadership to run learning and development reports for their team
Curriculum , content design and facilitation of programs as assigned
Basic Qualifications :
2-4 years experience in Finance/Accounting, Communications or Training
Knowledge of Finance processes including learning and development needs and CPE’s. Understanding of Finance educational and development requirements.plus
Required Education :
- Bachelors in Communications/ Instructional Design/ Education, Finance or Accounting.
